We also want everyone to enjoy the conference itself and the great networking and community richness that happens when we get together in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do that, though, we need every Learning Guild online event to be a harassment-free experience for everyone. And that\u2019s why we will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form\u2014in person or online. A code of conduct helps us be clear about what is considered harassment and how to report it if it happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we define harassment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Harassment includes offensive verbal or written comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof); displaying sexual images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsors and vendors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or materials.
