Think of yourself as a translator<\/strong>. Your job is to bridge the gap between complex technology and the people in your organization\u2014from front-line employees to senior leaders. To do this, you must be able to understand the basic concepts of AI, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models. This foundational knowledge allows you to explain not only what<\/em> a new AI tool does but how<\/em> it works, helping others make informed decisions about its use.
